Orianna Montenegro is Venezuelan born, artist and designer who explores through her work the frontiers of color, space, balance, time, and memory. She’s inspired by people, moments, and places while traveling, but most importantly by her culture and roots from Venezuela.
She earned her B.F.A in Studio Art and a B.A. in Graphic Design at Lindenwood University.
Montenegro currently works and live in Miami.
With you from afar series is based on a merged of digital design and painting. The images are represented on a vintage and abstract way as Venezuelan Heritage. This series is full self-contained with abstractions of obscure memories from my childhood which are balanced in the mixture of present, past and future involving deeply in my native Venezuelan roots as a bridge of understanding of her country crisis to the world.

Mi trabajo está impulsado conceptualmente por el equilibrio de una mezcla infinita de tiempo; por lo que el ojo humano no puede ver, pero siente en diferentes etapas de la vida y mejora la conciencia. A través de lo que es intangible y no puede ser capturado por el intelecto, sino por los sentidos. Hago abstracciones intensas de mis recuerdos y exploro la textura táctil y las cualidades sensuales de mis materiales para mostrar mi perspectiva de representar el tiempo.
